Fees and Conditions of Service

Projects are quoted on an individual basis, and are handled on an exclusive basis wherein multiple projects are not worked simultaneously. This is to ensure that each project receives exclusive focus and attention and that design or tactical components do not 'bleed' between separate endeavors. This means that projects are pre-booked and scheduled on a first-come / first-served  basis.

• One-off tasks are billed on a 50% down - 50% on delivery basis above $500

• Projects under $500 require advance payment from new clients.

• Projects involve either a monthly retainer with end-of-month adjustment for actual time involved, or

• Long-term projects can be negotiated on a flat-fee per month basis. (conditions may apply)

• Accuracy of information to be used is the responsibility of the client and the client bears full liability for inaccuracies.

• Sign-off is required from the client indicating that all material has been reviewed and accepted/approved. E. & O.E. applies under all circumstances.

• Finished projects are the property of the client and copyright © is in the client's name.

• After-project billing for maintenance and/or upgrade work are on a per-hour basis unless otherwise agreed.

• All quotes are in US Dollars.
