Logo Designed for Youth-In-Need Organization

The logo was designed for a youth help program initiated and organized by volunteers, including Lia Versaevel (Accord Dispute Resolution Services) and Paul Jacobsen (Tactical Graphic Design). The objective of Wolf's Run Ranch is to provide long-term recovery treatment for youth who have fallen victim to drugs and alcohol. The design of this logo was debated at first, but it was decided to go with strong symbols. The wolf and eagle in the logo's design both represent strength, and (as importantly) connote strength of individuality. As the design of this logo was intended to inspire the kids to a new sense of self, these symbols allow them to hopefully see themselves in a new definition ...one that does not include hanging with a pack and following.
